Oracle Cloud Applications commercial sales organization and is looking for highly driven sales leaders who can build pipeline, create relationships, and drive transformational enterprise engagements across Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, HCM, SCM, and EPM.
This is not a transactional implementation of sales role. We are looking for growth builders, relationship creators, alliance drivers, and strategic sellers who understand how to create opportunities from scratch in a dynamically changing enterprise technology market.
Key Focus Areas
• Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications sales across ERP, HCM, SCM, and EPM
• Commercial sector enterprise growth, excluding public sector focus
• Consulting services and digital transformation sales
• Account management and strategic partner alliance development
• Pipeline generation through outbound strategy, relationships, partnerships, and market positioning
• CXO level engagement with CIOs, CFOs, CHROs, and Transformation leaders
• AI enabled enterprise transformation and managed services positioning
• Cross collaboration with presales, delivery, alliances, and executive leadership teams

• Have 7+ years of experience in enterprise technology sales, consulting services, or digital transformation

• Bring a hunter mindset with strategic relationship management capabilities
• Understand enterprise consulting and recurring services growth
• Can navigate partnerships, alliances, and enterprise sales cycles
• Are motivated by targets, growth, and measurable business outcomes
• Do not stop at obstacles and consistently push opportunities forward
