LaSalle Network is hiring a Scrum Master (Contract) to support a critical Agile team focused on integrations, APIs and third-party data flows. This Scrum Master will backfill a key role and ensure uninterrupted delivery, making this a high-visibility opportunity for someone who excels in technical Agile environments.
What's the job?
Act as the lead Scrum Master for an Agile product team
Ensure consistent sprint execution and Agile best practices
Coordinate across Development, QA, BA, PM and business stakeholders
Manage dependencies related to integrations and external systems
Track progress and metrics using Azure DevOps
Drive Agile maturity and continuous improvement initiatives
What's needed?
Extensive experience as a Scrum Master in technical environments
Recent, hands-on Azure DevOps expertise (required)
Background in integrations, APIs and third-party file processing
Strong leadership, facilitation and conflict resolution skills
Agile certification preferred
Healthcare IT experience is a plus
Must be Chicago-based and available for hybrid work

Compensation: $55-$70/hour
