We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with a strong background in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance to lead Agile delivery for enterprise Generative AI (GenAI) initiatives. This role is ideal for a servant leader who can drive Agile excellence, facilitate collaboration across business and technology teams, and ensure the successful delivery of innovative AI-powered solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the Scrum Master and Agile servant leader for GenAI delivery teams within the P&C Insurance domain.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Partner closely with Product Owners, Developers, Architects, and Business Stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables.
• Identify, manage, and remove impediments impacting team productivity and delivery timelines.
• Promote Agile best practices, continuous improvement, and high-performing team culture.
• Monitor sprint progress, velocity, and delivery metrics while ensuring transparency across stakeholders.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support successful planning, execution, and release activities.
• Ensure compliance with insurance industry standards, governance, and regulatory requirements.
• Support release management, DevOps collaboration, and production readiness activities.
• Foster strong communication, collaboration, and continuous learning across distributed teams.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred.
• 6+ years of Scrum Master experience supporting Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance projects.
• Proven experience leading Agile teams delivering enterprise technology initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Agile methodologies, SDLC, DevOps, and Release Management.
• Experience using Agile management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.
• Excellent leadership, facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting Generative AI (GenAI) initiatives.
• Strong Insurance industry experience.
• Advanced Agile certifications such as PMI-ACP, SAFe, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of GitHub, Rally, DevOps pipelines, non-production and production environments.
• Hands-on exposure to DevOps tools and Agile release practices.
