This Consultant will be focused on supporting health plan by performing analytic work on data generated by the customer development marketing team. This role will be working under a Sr. Analyst who is taking on more responsibilities elsewhere in the group and needs additional support maintaining the delivery of excellent analysis and reporting. The right candidate will have excellent technical skills in the tools listed above as well as conceptual working knowledge on digital marketing strategy. Exceptional communication/presentation skills will be needed here, as well as extreme ownership of work and a self-starter mentality.
This position is a critical member of the Customer Development and Marketing team responsible for the collection, analysis and distribution of marketing performance analytics and consumer insights. The Consumer Insight Analyst will specifically support the creation, development, and execution of reports evaluating marketing performance and consumer insights across digital and traditional marketing efforts. The position will be responsible for member and patient segmentation and analysis, scoring and modeling, and digital reporting and analytics. This role requires a strong working knowledge of CRM systems, digital and database marketing, campaign design, and marketing and sales performance analysis in a multi-channel marketing environment focused on long-term customer engagement.

Job Description:
Provides analysis, segmentation, optimization and profiling of customer data.
Tracks and reports on marketing campaigns across various systems, including CRM, Marketing Automation, digital, and telephonic platforms.
Evaluates online traffic patterns, segments customer behavior, and identifies online experience issues on our website and other online assets.
Determines best practices in developing and managing CRM analytics against the prospect and customer sales funnel.
Applies data modeling techniques to mine databases to identify trends and data outliers that suggest business and marketing opportunities. Forecasts future behaviors and outcomes.
Provides actionable recommendations to key decision makers for improving performance across all products and channels.
Develops dashboard reports which encompass key performance metrics from the spectrum of marketing and sales activities including websites, landing pages, online promotions, search and email marketing, and social media.
Responsible for developing financial impact studies, ROI, and budget implications of consumer experience strategies.
Drives understanding of CRM marketing and analytics across the enterprise through best practice sharing, reports/dashboards and presentations.
Partners with Digital and IT teams.
Stays current on the latest technologies and identifies new trends, tools and sales opportunities.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Intelligence, Mathematics, Business Administration, or another quantitative field is required.
Working knowledge of CRM systems preferred.
Working knowledge of website analytics tools, including Google Analytics, preferred.
Working knowledge of data analytics tools, including Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, Excel, required.
Two to three years of experience in data analytics or marketing analytics required
Highly proficient in data analysis, mining, scrubbing and scoring.
Experience in SEO and usability testing, mobile analytics, social media analytics, mobile marketing, email marketing, search engine marketing and pay per click marketing preferred.
Ability to understand and translate business and user requirements, as well as technical considerations, into effective KPI, dashboards and reports.
Strategic thinker who is not afraid to dive into details to get things done.
Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with teams, as well as work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent written and oral communication skills with people of all technical levels and ability to interpret technical language into business language.
Must be a self-starter and initiative-taker. Ability to adapt to change, work at a fast pace, and prioritize projects.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr.
