About the Role
Our client, a global leader in the consumer packaged goods and manufacturing industry, is seeking an HR Systems & Workforce Scheduling Analyst to support and enhance workforce scheduling, time and attendance, and HR technology solutions across a global organization. This role combines functional and technical expertise, focusing on optimizing workforce management processes, supporting production scheduling capabilities, and delivering system improvements that enhance the employee experience.
Working as part of a collaborative technology team, you will partner with business stakeholders, HR leaders, and third-party vendors to identify opportunities for process improvement, implement solutions, and ensure the stability and effectiveness of critical HR systems.

Job Description
Responsibilities
  • Serve as a primary analyst supporting global HR systems, workforce scheduling processes, workforce management data, and technology initiatives, with a strong focus on manufacturing and production scheduling capabilities.
  • Provide day-to-day operational support for HR technology platforms, ensuring system reliability, performance, and sustainability.
  • Configure, troubleshoot, and support workforce scheduling and time and attendance solutions, including system integrations and related processes.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand operational challenges, define requirements, and recommend technology solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications, system configurations, integration requirements, and technical recommendations.
  • Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency through enhanced system functionality and automation.
  • Lead and support project initiatives through discovery, planning, implementation, testing, deployment, and post-production stabilization.
  • Develop and execute quality assurance and user acceptance testing plans, test scripts, and validation activities.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation related to system configurations, process changes, and operational procedures.
  • Communicate system updates, enhancements, and process changes to users with varying levels of technical expertise.
  • Collaborate with contractors, implementation partners, and third-party vendors to ensure successful project delivery and ongoing support.
  • Stay informed on emerging HR technologies, workforce management trends, and best practices to influence future solution strategies.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience supporting, implementing, or enhancing enterprise technology solutions.
  • Experience configuring, supporting, and troubleshooting Workforce Management (WFM), Time & Attendance, and Scheduling platforms, such as:
    • Indeavor
    • Infor Workforce Management (WFM)
    • Shiftboard
    • UKG Workforce Management (formerly Kronos)
    • WorkForce Software
    • Similar workforce scheduling solutions
  • Understanding of integrations between scheduling, time and attendance, HRIS, payroll, and related enterprise applications.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems (CIS), Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Technology, Business Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience gathering, documenting, and translating business requirements into technical specifications and system solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate business processes, data, and technology solutions.
  • Experience supporting production environments, issue resolution, stabilization efforts, and ongoing operational support.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment with evolving business needs.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and make sound decisions with limited direction.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise HR or workforce management technology solutions.
  • Experience with Infor Workforce Management (WFM).
  • Experience with Indeavor Workforce Management or similar workforce scheduling platforms.
  • Experience supporting manufacturing, production, or plant workforce scheduling environments.
  • Knowledge of workforce management integrations and data architecture.
  • Experience with reporting, analytics, dashboards, and workforce data analysis.
  • Experience participating in HR technology transformation, enhancement, or implementation projects.
  • Familiarity with testing methodologies, change management, and system deployment best practices.
