Job Title:Salesforce Tester / Salesforce QA / Salesforce Automation Engineer

Location-Remote

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Salesforce QA professional responsible for validating Salesforce applications, ensuring high-quality releases, and implementing effective test strategies. The role includes manual and automation testing of Salesforce platforms, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications
Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing
Validate configurations, customizations, and integrations within Salesforce
Identify, log, and track defects using defect management tools
Develop and maintain test automation frameworks for Salesforce
Execute automated test scripts and analyze results
Work closely with developers, admins, and business stakeholders to ensure quality deliverables
Validate data integrity, workflows, reports, dashboards, and security settings
Support release cycles and ensure proper testing during deployments
Ensure compliance with QA standards and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
2–5 years of experience in Salesforce testing or QA
Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud)
Experience in manual testing and defect lifecycle management
Understanding of Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, and Apex basics
Familiarity with SOQL and data validation techniques
Experience with testing tools like Selenium or similar automation tools
Knowledge of API testing and integrations

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Salesforce automation tools (Provar, Selenium, TestNG, etc.)
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator)
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Experience with version control tools (e.g., Git)

Soft Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Good communication and collaboration skills
Attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
