Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled AIML Developer with strong data science capabilities to join our innovative team The ideal candidate will have expertise in prompt engineering context engineering Python programming AI tools such as Lang smith and Lang Graph and experience with vector databases like Weaviate This role involves developing and deploying advanced AI models integrating AI tools and managing data driven solutions to support business objectives

Key Responsibilities

• Design develop and deploy AI and machine learning models with a focus on data science applications
• Craft effective prompts and manage context engineering to optimize large language model LLM outputs
• Utilize Python programming for AI model development data processing and automation
• Work with AI development tools such as Lang smith and Lang Graph to build scalable AI workflows and applications
• Implement and manage vector databases like Weaviate for semantic search and retrieval augmented generation RAG systems
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate AI solutions into business processes
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies and best practices in prompt and context engineering
• Monitor and optimize AI model performance and data pipelines

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in Prompt Engineering Crafting precise inputs to guide AI models for desired outputs
• Expertise in Context Engineering Managing and designing context windows and information flow for LLMs
• Strong programming skills in Python including experience with AIML libraries and frameworks
• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Lang smith and Lang Graph for AI application development
• Knowledge of Vector Databases like Weaviate for managing high dimensional embeddings and semantic search
• Solid understanding of data science principles including data analysis feature engineering and model evaluation
• Familiarity with Retrieval Augmented Generation RAG and integration of external knowledge bases
• Ability to work in agile environments and collaborate effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with large language models LLMs and foundation model adaptation techniques
• Knowledge of additional AI frameworks such as Lang Chain or Llama Index
• Understanding of AI ethics responsible AI practices and AI governance
