Process Technician to join a growing production team in Westbury, NY. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in manufacturing, industrial equipment operation, machine troubleshooting, process monitoring, or production environments.
Available Shifts
- 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM
- 3rd Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM
What You'll Do
- Set up, operate, monitor, and adjust manufacturing and production equipment.
- Perform routine equipment inspections, preventive maintenance, and basic repairs.
- Monitor production processes and product quality to ensure specifications are met.
- Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to minimize downtime.
- Load, transfer, and move materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, hoists, and other equipment.
- Record production data, equipment settings, maintenance activities, and process information.
- Use measuring tools, gauges, and inspection equipment to verify product quality.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing, machine operation, process technician, production technician, or industrial environments preferred.
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting experience.
- Experience with industrial equipment, production processes, and quality standards.
- Forklift experience is a plus.
