Summary
The Program Manager shall serve as the Contractor''s single point of contact responsible for overall contract execution, performance, and coordination.
. Responsibilities include:
- Experience: 12+ years of IT program/project management experience, with at least 5 years managing federal IT operations contracts
- Education: Bachelor''s degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field (Master''s preferred)
Certifications (Preferred):
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- ITIL v4 Foundation (minimum)
- ITIL v4 Managing Professional or Strategic Leader
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or SAFe Agilist
Experience Required:
- Demonstrated experience managing multi-tower federal IT operations (service desk, infrastructure, network, engineering)
- Experience with ServiceNow-based ITSM governance and reporting
- Experience with federal change control boards (ERB/CCB/ICCB or equivalent)
- Experience managing contracts with SLA-driven performance metrics and CPARS
- Experience with federal transition-in/out processes
- Experience managing staffing across multiple geographic locations
