Role: WiFi/Network Wireless Engineer
Location: Englewood, CO 80112 (Onsite Local Candidates Preferred)
Duration: 6 months contract

Job Description:
We are seeking a hands-on WiFi / Network Wireless Engineer III to support network device testing, certification, and wireless network engineering activities.

The role will initially focus (first 1 2 months) on network switch certification (D-Link, Arris, Ruckus), followed by broader responsibilities in network administration, wireless troubleshooting, and architecture/design support.

Key Responsibilities

Build, configure, and maintain network test environments
Perform certification of switches, gateways, routers, access points, and related network devices
Conduct end-to-end testing and certification of integrated network solutions
Troubleshoot and manage Wi-Fi networks (Wi-Fi 6E / Wi-Fi 7 preferred)
Document test environments and certification results
Develop design documentation using tools such as Lucid chart or Visio
Support network engineering and architecture initiatives as assigned

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience with Wi-Fi technologies (Wi-Fi 6E preferred; Wi-Fi 7 a plus)
Experience testing and troubleshooting modems (any ISP background acceptable)
Solid understanding of wireless access points and controller management
Experience in switch configuration and certification processes
Ability to troubleshoot complex wireless networking issues

Nice to Have

Experience with Cable ISP technologies:
- DOCSIS
- EPON
