Job Role: React Tech Lead
Location: Hybrid in local offices

Job Description:
Seeking an experienced React Tech Lead to lead the design, development, and delivery of modern web applications.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, Front-End Architecture, and Micro Frontends, along with proven technical leadership and mentoring experience.
Responsibilities:
Lead React application design and development.
Define front-end architecture and reusable component strategy.
Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance.
Mentor developers and enforce engineering best practices.
Collaborate with Product, UX, QA, Architects, and Backend teams.
Drive sprint planning, estimation, and delivery execution.
Ensure application quality, performance, scalability, and security.
Support production deployments and incident resolution.
Promote CI/CD, clean coding, documentation, and development standards.
