About the Job: The role of the Financial Analysts is to ensure Allianz Technology of America makes sound financial decisions. Financial Analyst's support proper monthly closing, forecasting, planning, pricing, model business scenarios and track performance metrics used by leaders to make strategic company decisions. Working on multiple topics at a time, you focus on the details while finding ways to take on big picture challenges. You'll provide management with insightful recommendations, planning and reporting support. Work is sometimes self-direct in an unstructured, fast paced environment so you will be comfortable with ambiguity.
What You Do: - Financial modeling, financial planning and analysis (FP&A).
- Meet deadlines for financial reporting, management and budget planning cycles.
- Bring financial deviations to light, & report potential corrective action
- Perform competitive analysis and benchmarking activities.
- Support ongoing financial close and forecasting.
- Maintain Master data and new data set-up in systems
- Own pricing analysis & activities
- Provide a mindset of continuous improvement to the FP&A function
What You Bring :
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Ownership mentality
- 2 years of experience in finance analyst role.
Preferred qualifications:
- 4 years of relevant work experience.
- Passion for technology, and tech/media/telecom company experience or education in STEM.
- Experience in a financial analyst role in an IT company
- Demonstrated record of problem-solving and analytical skills, including modeling and presentation skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Location: - Hybrid, 3-days/week on-site in Golden Valley, MN

The annualized base pay range for this role is $65,000-$90,000. The annual base salary range represents a nationwide market range. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role, and the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate. The base pay is just one component of the ATA total compensation package. As part of our comprehensive compensation and highly rated benefits programs, ATA also offers eligibility for an incentive-based annual bonus.
