A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for an SAP Fieldglass Admin

Position type: Full-time, Contract to hire
Duration: 6 months
Location: Phoenix, AZ 85054 & New York, NY 10285 (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:

Configure and administer Fieldglass (roles, permissions, workflows, job postings, requisitions, SOWs, onboarding/off boarding).
Manage master data (workers, suppliers, job codes, rates, cost centers), qualification sets, and templates.
Support/lead integrations with ERP, HRIS, payroll, and supplier systems.
Design qualification frameworks, job-posting templates, and requisition workflows.
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics on contingent labor and services spend.
Provide training and support to internal users and suppliers.
Drive best practices across the contingent workforce lifecycle.
Serve as SME for Fieldglass features, updates, and new modules.
Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with Fieldglass support.
Ensure compliance, data integrity, and adherence to policies.
Design, develop, test, and support software applications while ensuring security and regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with product and business teams to align technology initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent experience.
Knowledge of distributed systems, algorithms, and relational/NoSQL databases.
Experience with application development tools and methodologies.
SAP Fieldglass certification and 2+ years hands-on configuration/admin experience.
Strong understanding of contingent workforce management or SOW procurement.
Ability to configure master data, job postings, qualifications, and workflows.
Familiarity with integrations (REST APIs, batch loads, ERP/HRIS).
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Excellent stakeholder communication and project management abilities.
Knowledge of vendor management, onboarding/off-boarding, rate management, and compliance.
Ability to adapt to new Fieldglass features (e.g., skills-based hiring, AI matching).

Preferred Qualifications:

Advanced or specialized Fieldglass certifications.
Experience with global deployments and compliance frameworks.
Knowledge of labor law, worker classification, and data privacy.
Experience in change management, training, and user adoption programs.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $50 - $55 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate''s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
