A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for an SAP Fieldglass Admin
 
Position type: Full-time, Contract to hire
Duration: 6 months
Location: Phoenix, AZ 85054 & New York, NY 10285 (Hybrid)
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and administer Fieldglass (roles, permissions, workflows, job postings, requisitions, SOWs, onboarding/off boarding).
  • Manage master data (workers, suppliers, job codes, rates, cost centers), qualification sets, and templates.
  • Support/lead integrations with ERP, HRIS, payroll, and supplier systems.
  • Design qualification frameworks, job-posting templates, and requisition workflows.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics on contingent labor and services spend.
  • Provide training and support to internal users and suppliers.
  • Drive best practices across the contingent workforce lifecycle.
  • Serve as SME for Fieldglass features, updates, and new modules.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with Fieldglass support.
  • Ensure compliance, data integrity, and adherence to policies.
  • Design, develop, test, and support software applications while ensuring security and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with product and business teams to align technology initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of distributed systems, algorithms, and relational/NoSQL databases.
  • Experience with application development tools and methodologies.
  • SAP Fieldglass certification and 2+ years hands-on configuration/admin experience.
  • Strong understanding of contingent workforce management or SOW procurement.
  • Ability to configure master data, job postings, qualifications, and workflows.
  • Familiarity with integrations (REST APIs, batch loads, ERP/HRIS).
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and project management abilities.
  • Knowledge of vendor management, onboarding/off-boarding, rate management, and compliance.
  • Ability to adapt to new Fieldglass features (e.g., skills-based hiring, AI matching).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Advanced or specialized Fieldglass certifications.
  • Experience with global deployments and compliance frameworks.
  • Knowledge of labor law, worker classification, and data privacy.
  • Experience in change management, training, and user adoption programs.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $50 - $55 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate''s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
