We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Business Process Analyst with deep expertise in Veeva Vault QMS to serve as a Configure & Design Lead for core Quality Management processes. This role requires a strong QMS domain SME who can drive end-to-end process design, configuration support, deployment, and documentation within a regulated GxP environment.

The ideal candidate will act as the primary liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment across stakeholders while translating complex technical requirements into clear business solutions.

Must-Have Experience:

• Strong hands-on expertise in Veeva Vault QMS (configuration, design & deployment)
• SME in Deviations, CAPA, and GMP/Google Cloud Platform/GLP Audits & Inspections
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Strong knowledge of GxP, regulatory, and validation requirements
• Experience working in Agile delivery models
• Proficiency with JIRA
• Strong technical writing and QMS documentation experience
• Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead QMS process design and configuration within Veeva Vault
• Act as liaison between Business, IT, Quality, IAM, and Integration teams
• Facilitate workshops, manage dependencies, and drive alignment
• Develop compliant documentation (BRDs, FS, test scripts, SOPs, user guides)
• Ensure solutions are audit-ready and aligned with regulatory standards
