Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Datacenter Network Lead with strong expertise in AWS Cloud, Terraform, and Enterprise Network Infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience designing, implementing, and managing large-scale datacenter and cloud networking environments. This role requires leadership capabilities, hands-on technical expertise, and experience driving network transformation initiatives across hybrid cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, deployment, and management of enterprise datacenter and cloud network infrastructure.
- Architect and implement hybrid network solutions connecting on-premises datacenters with AWS cloud environments.
- Design and maintain network automation solutions using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.
- Manage routing, switching, firewalls, load balancers, VPNs, and WAN connectivity.
- Configure and support AWS networking services including:
- VPC
- Transit Gateway
- Direct Connect
- Route 53
- Network Load Balancer (NLB)
- Application Load Balancer (ALB)
- Security Groups
- Network ACLs
- Develop reusable Terraform modules and automate infrastructure provisioning.
- Lead network migration projects from traditional datacenters to AWS cloud.
- Ensure high availability, scalability, performance, and security of network infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cloud, security, DevOps, and infrastructure teams.
- Perform capacity planning, performance tuning, and root cause analysis.
- Establish network monitoring, alerting, and operational best practices.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to junior engineers.
- Create and maintain network architecture diagrams and technical documentation.

- Understanding of cloud security best practices.

- Experience with one or more:

Preferred Qualifications
- AWS networking certifications preferred:
- AWS Certified Advanced Networking – Specialty
- AWS Solutions Architect Professional
- Experience with:
- Kubernetes Networking

- Cloud Migration Projects
- Knowledge of Python, Bash, or PowerShell scripting.
- Experience in multi-cloud environments is a plus.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- Relevant certifications preferred:
- CCNP Enterprise
- CCIE Enterprise Infrastructure
- AWS Certified Advanced Networking – Specialty
