We are looking for a highly creative, detail oriented Engineering Project Manager to oversee the design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of Apple enterprise web applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail on par with Apple's high standards, coupled with a technical understanding of building scalable, transactional web applications and the ability to translate business process needs to functional and technical requirements. The candidate must possess excellent leadership skills, be a pro-active solution-oriented individual with strong written and verbal communication skills. Finally, curiosity, outstanding project management best practices, attention to detail, and a proven track record of influencing and collaborating across the organization are key qualities required to excel in this role.
BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.\n10+ years of experience successfully completing/delivering projects utilizing an Agile methodology at Scale.\nComfortable with rapid development cycles and tight schedules.\nHigh ownership, self-sufficient, hands-on leader.
Ability to brainstorm and communicate technology ideas and issues with peers and IT management.\nExcellent communication, leadership, documentation and presentation skills. Demonstrated ability to present confidently to senior leadership.\nExperience developing user requirements and roadmaps along with business partners\nProven talent for building strong, trust-based relationships with cross functional teams and tough stakeholders.\nDemonstrated ability to drive technical aspects of interactive web projects, internal systems and supporting processes.\nInnovative and creative thinking capabilities with sharp troubleshooting skills.\n
