DataSoft Technologies is seeking a talented, driven Recruitment Manager to support and expand its US Staffing Services business. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in full-cycle US staffing, specifically for Engineering and Technical roles across IT, Construction, and Manufacturing domains.

Responsibilities

• Build strong applicant pipelines by sourcing candidates through job boards.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Google Search, X-Ray Searches, social media platforms, and networking strategies.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with candidates and talent networks.
• Evaluate applicants by assessing qualifications against job requirements.
• Conduct detailed screening interviews and reference checks.
• Maintain strong communication and rapport with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Meet daily and weekly submission targets by presenting quality candidates to clients.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Follow company-standard recruiting and quality processes.
• Ensure compliance with US staffing regulations and employment practices.
• Maintain accurate records within ATS and HRMS systems.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in US Recruitment/Sourcing is mandatory.
• Advanced expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite, HRMS/HRIS platforms, JobDiva, and other ATS systems.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Strong knowledge of US staffing processes and compliance requirements.
• 5–10 years of experience in recruitment management, talent acquisition, or talent strategy.
• Familiarity with technical recruitment across IT, Engineering, Corporate, Technology, Construction, Manufacturing, or Sales domains.
• Ability to design and implement innovative recruitment strategies.
• Experience with recruitment metrics, reporting, and data analytics.
• Proficiency in leveraging social media platforms such as LinkedIn and Twitter/X for talent acquisition.
• Good to have: Experience working on RFPs, including pricing.
