Job Overview

Our client is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant – Asset Finance to play a pivotal role in delivering end-to-end Asset Finance solutions. This is a hybrid technical and functional consulting role that partners directly with clients, leads technical workstreams, and contributes to shaping overall solution architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and implement advanced system configurations for Asset Finance solutions
• Design and develop complex integrations, APIs, extensions, and data models
• Oversee data migration approach, validation strategy, and cutover execution
• Define solution scope, system architecture, and configuration strategy
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Validate business processes including quote-to-contract, in-life servicing, and accounting flows
• Recommend approaches that balance configuration vs. customization
• Mentor junior consultants on functional and technical topics
• Flexibility to work across different time zone shifts to align with client hours

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in Asset Finance systems and domain knowledge
• Advanced SQL, data modeling, ETL migration, and interface development
• Deep knowledge of: Assets & Residual Value Management, Asset Finance accounting, Auto-Leasing and Equipment Finance, Hire Purchase & loan structures, In-life contract servicing, Quote-to-contract lifecycle
• Proven experience designing integrations using APIs, XML, and web services
• Strong functional understanding of business workflows and finance operations
• Excellent communication, documentation, and client-facing consulting skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading consulting or professional services delivery
• Background in solution architecture or technical design authority
• Exposure to cloud deployment, security models, or microservices
• Familiarity with Agile methodology and enterprise delivery frameworks

Location & Work Model

Fully remote within the USA. Some travel to Puerto Rico may be required based on client needs.
