Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications usingJavaon the backend andReacton the frontend.
Work with bothMongoDBandPostgreSQLto manage and optimize our data infrastructure.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
Mentor junior developers and lead technical discussions.

Required Qualifications

11+ years of professional experience as a full-stack developer.
Proven expertise inJavafor backend development.
Extensive experience withReactfor building modern user interfaces.
Strong working knowledge of bothMongoDB(NoSQL) andPostgreSQL(SQL).
Experience with a mix of new feature development and maintaining existing systems.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, on-site environment.
Familiarity withAI-assisted development tools(e.g., code generation, testing automation, performance optimization).
