Job Title: Lead Data Engineer

Duration: 6 months contract to Perm

Location: Plano, TX (onsite)

Interview Type: Initial interview on zoom and In-Person

MUST HAVE- 10+ with Data Engineering WITH Databricks, Snowflake, Spark, (Java OR Python)

NICE TO HAVE- EMR, AWS

Skillset -

1.5+ years of experience with data modelling, warehousing, analysis & data profiling experience, and ability to identify trends and anomalies in the data

2. Experience on AWS technologies like S3, AWS Glue, EMR, and IAM roles/permissions

3.Experience with one or more query language (e.g., SQL, PL/SQL, DDL, Spark SQL, Scala)

4.Experience working with relational database such as Teradata and handling both structured and unstructured datasets

Ideal to have -

1. Proficiency in SQL, Python/Java

2. Experience with NoSQL, non-relational databases / data stores (e.g., object storage, document or key-value stores, graph databases, column-family databases)

3. Experience with Snowflake and Databricks

Experience

1.Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent work experience) in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or Mathematics

2.Experience with one or more scripting languages (e.g., Python, KornShell)
