Houston, TX
Onsite
6 plus month contract
Supply Chain Data and Reporting Analyst
SAP and Power BI
iSphere is working with a Houston based supply chain team that wants more than just reports. They want clarity. Visibility. Smarter decisions.
They’re looking for someone who can live in the data, understand how supply chain really works, and turn messy SAP information into clean, meaningful dashboards that leadership can actually use.
If you enjoy figuring out where the numbers come from, improving processes while you’re at it, and building reporting that people rely on every day, this one will feel like home.
You’ll be the person connecting SAP to Power BI, transforming raw MM data into KPI dashboards that tell the real story behind inventory, purchasing, and operations. You’ll help tighten up workflows, clean up reporting processes, and document things so the team can run smarter long after the project is done.
This isn’t just dashboard building. It’s ownership. You’ll work directly with supply chain leaders, gather requirements, validate the data, train users, and help the organization trust what they’re seeing.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll design and maintain Power BI dashboards that track supply chain KPIs and performance metrics. You’ll extract and transform SAP MM data, validate accuracy, and make sure everything lines up across sources.
You’ll look at current reporting processes and think “there’s a better way,” then actually build that better way. That could mean streamlining extraction steps, tightening procedures, or improving documentation so reporting is repeatable and reliable.
You’ll also help create SOPs, user guides, and training so teams know how to use what you build, not just admire it.
Expect to collaborate daily with operations, contracts, inventory, and business stakeholders. This role sits right in the middle of the action.
What you must bring
• Hands on SAP MM experience including tables like MARA, MARC, MSEG, EKKO, EKPO and pulling your own data
• Power BI experience building dashboards and reports, not just viewing them
• 3 to 5 plus years in supply chain, analytics, or reporting focused roles
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills
• Experience writing procedures or documentation
• Ability to work onsite in Houston
Nice to have
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher
• Inventory or contract management experience
• Energy industry background
This team values people who take initiative, ask questions, and improve things instead of just maintaining them. If you like solving problems, cleaning up processes, and making data useful, you’ll fit right in.
