Role - Sr Agentic Software Engineer

Location - Charlotte, NC (3–4 Days Onsite)

Visa - TN

JD:

We have an urgent requirement for a Sr Agentic Software Engineer for a contract-to-hire role. Looking for strong, seasoned engineers with solid coding fundamentals and hands-on AI experience.

5+ years of software engineering experience (backend/systems preferred)

Strong coding skills in Python / Golang / TypeScript

Hands-on experience building LLM-powered applications beyond prototypes

Experience with Agentic AI systems (agents, workflows, multi-step execution)

Experience with frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen

Strong knowledge of RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) and tool integrations

Experience building APIs, microservices, and distributed systems

Experience with Kubernetes, CI/CD, GitOps, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

Strong understanding of observability, logging, evaluation, and system reliability

Responsibilities:

Design and build production-grade AI agent systems

Develop agents with planning, memory, and tool usage

Integrate AI systems with backend services and enterprise platforms

Build evaluation pipelines and improve system performance

Ensure scalability, security, and reliability of AI solutions

Collaborate with cross-functional teams
