UKG Pro WFM Consultant

Job Post: Pro WFM Consultant- Remote

Visa: GC. GC-EAD, Only

Remote but may need to travel for occasional meetings so I would focus on EST and CST candidates.

•Five (5) + years of experience developing and supporting Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) interfaces for payroll and downstream systems

Five (5) + years of Dell Boomi (Atom Sphere) experience, including:

§   Interface design and development

§   Data mapping and transformations

§   Error handling, logging, and monitoring

•        Strong experience integrating ProWFM with SAP HR, SAP Payroll, and SAP Finance, including payroll-to-finance posting

•        Ability to support end-to-end testing and validation, including mandatory finance posting as part of SAP test cycles

•        Proficiency with SQL for data validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting

•        Demonstrated deep functional and technical knowledge of UKG ProWFM architecture and integration patterns

•        Proven experience supporting complex payroll environments, including unionized or operations-focused workgroups

•        Ability to analyze and document end-to-end data flows from time capture through payroll and finance posting

•        Experience collaborating with Finance, Payroll, HR, and SAP teams to resolve integration and posting issue
