Role Overview
This role is responsible for managing Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA) enrollments. The specialist will handle payer follow-ups, track agreements, resolve issues, and provide basic user and work group support within the Waystar platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage EDI, ERA, and Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) enrollment processes.
- Conduct follow-ups with payers regarding enrollment status.
- Track and maintain enrollment agreements.
- Resolve issues related to enrollments and system workflows.
- Handle support denials and input workflows within Waystar.
- Provide basic user and work group support for the Waystar system.
Required Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Proven experience in claims and remit enrollment is required. Candidates must have direct experience with EDI and EFT enrollment procedures.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required. Strong experience with the Waystar platform, particularly in dealing with support denials and workflows, is a primary requirement.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Waystar work group setup and monitoring.
- Experience working rejections and denials within Waystar.
- Familiarity with other clearinghouse platforms, such as Availity.
Compensation & Benefits
The pay rate for this position is $23.00 per hour. A comprehensive benefits package is available to eligible employees.
