Responsibilities
* Work as part of a cohesive and dedicated team of scientist, engineers, and technicians responsible for the development of Nondestructive Evaluation methods.
* Ensure deliverables are met on-time with 100% accuracy
* Tooling management including domestic shipping and international exporting/importing of NDE tooling
* Effective daily planning to achieve milestones as set by scientists or engineers
* Proctoring of data collection
* Potential Travel, domestic and/or international
* Learn and perform Nondestructive inspections, and analyze data as needed
Education and Experience
* BS degree in STEM field
* BS Degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or Physics preferred
* 0-3 years of relevant experience
* Experience working across multi-functional organizations and with all levels of management is preferred
Skills and Knowledge
* US person status is required
* Communication and interpersonal skills
* Must be able to work independently and following instructions
* Ability to work both hands-on and with automated data collection systems
* Project Management skills
* Organization skills using Excel trackers and specific software
* Attention to detail
* Able to multi-task in a flexible, fast-paced, and challenging environment to effectively meet deadlines
