We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale, strategic systems initiatives, drive executive stakeholder alignment, and oversee complex vendor partnerships.

To succeed in this position, you need 5+ years of experience across these key areas:

Data Governance & Infrastructure: Core knowledge of data architecture concepts and data governance fundamentals.
SDLC & Systems Integration: Expertise in software development lifecycles for building and enhancing complex IT systems.
Matrix Leadership: Proven track record leading cross-functional teams in matrix organizations.
Executive Stakeholder Management: Strong ability to run sponsor meetings, align leadership, and negotiate outcomes.
Conflict Resolution & Negotiation: Resolving high-priority conflicts, resource constraints, and competing requirements.
Facilitation & Training: Experience conducting technical workshops and training sessions for diverse audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior Public Sector / Government project management experience.
Background spanning multiple leadership roles (Project Manager, Program Manager, or PMO Lead).
