We re seeking experienced Administrators to join our Code Management team. The right candidates for this role will be able to execute strategic projects, optimize CICD workflows, and drive infrastructure modernization. They will play a critical part in maturing our automation ecosystem (GitLab, Ansible Automation Platform and Terraform Enterprise) as we move from previously used toolsets ensuring robust, scalable, and secure pipelines.
Required Skills and Experience:
8+ years of Administration experience in multiple complex applications and tools
Software Configuration Management expertise
Experience administering GitLab, Artifactory, Xray, & SonarQube
Experience with Terraform and Ansible
Understanding and working knowledge of containerization on KubernetesOpen Shift
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and IBM Cloud
Strong communication skills and a track record of cross-team collaboration
Working knowledge of different Software Development Lifecycle Methodologies
Experience configuring and managing GitLab Runners, Groups, Projects, and Permissions at scale
Harden GitLab for enterprise usage (SAMLSSO, LDAP, RBAC, backuprestore)
Design, implement, and optimize complex GitLab CICD pipelines using YAML best practices
Leverage Terraform, Ansible, or similar to provision and manage self-hosted GitLab and runners
Implement GitOps practices to manage infrastructure and environment configurations
Automate operational tasks and incident remediation via pipelines and scripts
Partner with application teams to onboard them onto GitLab workflows and best practices
Develop and maintain clear runbooks, wiki pages, and pipeline templates
Integrate monitoring (PrometheusGrafana, ELK) for GitLab health and pipeline performance
Implement policies and guardrails to ensure code quality, compliance, and security posture
Troubleshoot and resolve CICD or migration-related incidents in a timely manner
Available for 247 On-call support Preferred:
A BS in Computer Science or equivalent work experience with good scriptingprogramming skills
GitLab Certified Administrator
Recent experience administering GitLab Self-Managed
Prior software experience with build management, configuration management andor quality testing
Experience with SCM practices including Agile, continuous integration (CI) and continuous deployment (CD)
