Automation & Analytics Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Automation & Analytics Specialist to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing business intelligence solutions using Power BI, automating workflows with Power Automate, scripting with Shell, and implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) using industry-standard tools. This role will play a key part in driving digital transformation and operational efficiency across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
Automate business processes and workflows using Power Automate and integrate with other Microsoft services.
Write and maintain Shell scripts for system automation, data processing, and deployment tasks.
Develop and deploy RPA solutions using tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Monitor and optimize performance of BI reports and automation workflows.
Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance across all automation and analytics solutions.
Provide technical support and training to end-users and internal teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience with Power BI including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
Strong knowledge of Power Automate and its integration capabilities.
Proficiency in Shell scripting (Bash, PowerShell, etc.).
Hands-on experience with RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, etc.).
Familiarity with APIs, web services, and system integrations.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
Microsoft certifications in Power Platform or Azure.
Experience with SQL, Python, or other scripting languages.
Prior experience in a regulated Finance industry
