Required Skills

Strong experience as a PeopleSoft Techno-Functional Consultant or PeopleSoft Developer.
Hands-on experience with PeopleTools development.
Expertise in:

PeopleCode
Application Engine
SQR
Component Interface
Application Designer
Integration Broker
Application Packages
BI Publisher/XML Publisher

Strong SQL and PL/SQL programming skills.
Experience with Autosys Job Scheduling and JIL scripting.
Experience using ServiceNow for incident, problem, and change management.
Experience using JIRA for Agile project tracking and defect management.
Good working knowledge of Linux/Unix commands and shell operations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Exposure to PeopleSoft upgrades, PUM images, and application support is an added advantage.
Experience with production support and release management.

Experience

12+ years of experience in PeopleSoft development and techno-functional support.
Experience supporting enterprise-level PeopleSoft implementations
