Summary
Role: Senior Scrum Master
Location: Austin, TX - Hybrid
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of experience serving as a Scrum Master for Agile teams delivering technology or data platform solutions.
- 8+ years of experience facilitating Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- 8+ years of experience identifying, tracking, and removing impediments that impact team delivery and productivity.
- 8+ years of experience coaching teams on self-organization, accountability, and continuous improvement using Agile best practices.
- 8+ years of experience using Agile lifecycle management tools such as Jira or similar platforms.
- 8+ years of experience supporting Agile reporting, including velocity tracking, sprint metrics, and delivery progress reporting.
- 8+ years of experience working on enterprise or large-scale IT initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience working on state or government technology projects.
- Scrum Master Certification such as CSM (Certified Scrum Master), PSM (Professional Scrum Master), or equivalent.
