About the Role
In this contingent role, you will provide senior-level expertise in Specialty Software Engineering to support complex, large-scale technical initiatives. You will conduct in-depth analysis of multifaceted engineering challenges, including those involving ambiguous, intangible, or unprecedented factors. Using your advanced technical judgement, you will help drive effective solutions that align with organizational policies, compliance requirements, and project deliverables.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders, offering strategic consultation, insights, and recommendations. This role requires strong problem-solving abilities, technical leadership, and the ability to navigate complex environments with minimal direction.
Responsibilities

Lead and consult on high-impact, large-scale engineering initiatives within Specialty Software Engineering.
Analyze complex, multi-dimensional technical problems and evaluate multiple solution paths.
Provide recommendations that reflect a deep understanding of engineering practices, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Partner with client teams to drive clarity, alignment, and successful execution of engineering strategies.
Contribute to the resolution of complex issues requiring strong analytical and judgment skills.

Minimum Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Specialty Software Engineering, or equivalent experience through a combination of:
- professional or consulting experience
- technical training
- military service
- academic education
