Prioritizing work on mechanical, structural, optical, avionic, and complete system subsystems to meet contractual deadlines.
Monitoring and reporting hardware status throughout the work cycle; flagging constraints and proposing mitigations.
Collaborating with field engineers of diverse disciplines to maintain an integrated internal schedule.
Conducting technical problem analysis, generating solution options, and recommending corrective actions to customers or internal leads.
Delivering technical training, product briefings, and hands on support to customers, vendors, and internal representatives.
Serving as the on site customer representative, ensuring clear communication and alignment with customer requirements.
Acting as the Task Coordinator liaison with Orlando USG repair, FMS repair, and Production Operations-organizing daily workflow, providing status updates, and driving cross site task alignment.
Maintaining compliance with all engineering documentation, RCPs, FABs, and CIPs throughout the repair process.
