AI Automation Test Engineer

Location: Atlanta, GA or Bothell, WA (Onsite from Day 1)

Long Term

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for manual testing.
• Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams, including developers and product managers, to understand requirements and provide feedback on software functionality.
• Perform regression testing, smoke testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure software quality.
• Participate in test strategy discussions and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Mentor junior testers and provide guidance on best practices in manual testing.
• Maintain detailed documentation of test results and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in software testing methodologies.

Mandatory Skills:

• Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, QTP) is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in Agile teams.
• Knowledge of performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
• Experience in API testing and tools like Postman or SoapUI.
