Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• Strong experience in Cisco Webex and CCaaS products
• Experience in integrating Parloa Conversational AI

Roles & Responsibilities

• Looking for candidates with at least 10+ years of overall IT experience and at least 5+ in Cisco platforms.
• The candidates should have strong experience in migrating and managing contact center applications on Cisco Webex CCE.
• Candidate should have integrated and setup the conversational AI systems like Parloa with Cisco Webex CCE.
• Candidates should have ability to understand bottlenecks and troubleshoot the systems.
• Fluent in Setting up Call Flows, Incorporating Natural Language, Configuring ACD, IVR, TFN, SIP Trunks, etc
• Candidate should have worked in Onsite Offshore model working closely with cross Functional teams across different geographies.
