QA Analyst

Role Overview

We are seeking a Software Quality Assurance Engineer to design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks that ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of enterprise software applications. This role combines traditional QA automation with modern AI-driven testing practices, supporting Agile development teams through automated functional, integration, API, regression, and performance testing.

This opportunity is based in Boise, ID, and is open to candidates within a 150-mile radius of Boise, ID. The client is only considering candidates who can work without requiring present or future employment sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks and regression test suites
• Build automated tests for unit, functional, integration, user acceptance, and production validation testing
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts aligned with business requirements
• Design automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver, Java, and Jenkins
• Maintain test environments, test repositories, and automated testing assets
• Perform API, web service, and performance testing using modern automation tools
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and Agile development workflows
• Utilize AI-assisted tools to improve test coverage, defect detection, and regression reliability
• Perform root cause analysis of defects and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues
• Create automated test reports and dashboards for QA, business stakeholders, and IT leadership
• Promote QA best practices, quality standards, and continuous improvement initiatives
