We are looking for a hands-on Onspring Developer / Configuration Engineer to support the configuration, development, and ongoing enhancement of the Onspring GRC platform for a healthcare / health plan client. The ideal candidate has direct, specific experience configuring and building on Onspring and can independently translate governance, risk, and compliance requirements into working platform solutions.

Mandatory Technical skills: -

• Proven, hands-on experience configuring and developing on the Onspring platform (required — not a general GRC or low-code background).
• Experience with low-code/no-code automation platforms and workflow design.
• Working knowledge of GRC concepts: risk management, compliance, policy management, audit, and third-party/vendor risk.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage configuration tasks end-to-end, and meet delivery timelines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage directly with client stakeholders.
