Reliability Test Engineer - Instron/ME Test Required: Follow and execute established reliability test procedures and perform various environmental, mechanical, and certification testing.
Experience operating Instron machines for tensile testing and vibration tables is an absolute must have.
Mechanical testing experience and/or education with hands on ME Test experience.
Photographic documentation of test setup and results.
Set up and run test equipment and understand what s happening during testing, NOT just a technician who does repeatable tests without thorough knowledge.
Record, analyze, and report test results using spreadsheets, charts, and slides.
Thermal chambers for temperature and humidity testing.
Provide timely updates on testing progress.
Responsible for several tests and products throughout the development life cycle.
Responsible for the safe operation of test setups.
Responsible for proper use of lab equipment (only ones they've been trained to use).
