RESPONSIBILITIES:
A client with Kforce is seeking a Ptogram Manager III to join their team in San Diego, CA.

Summary:
As part of the Expert Talent Strategy & Partnerships team, you'll support our core strategy of Connecting Customers to our Experts. Our team develops innovative partnerships and programs to source professional experts for our Expert Network services. You'll be part of a small nimble team and will support the team with program/project management, business operations, operational improvements, communications and launch planning.

Duties:
* Program Management: Lead and execute complex programs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and timely delivery of results
* Business Operations: Develop and manage operating mechanics, analyze and improve operating processes
* Communication: Clearly and effectively communicate program updates, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders. Create and share executive level updates in slide, written and verbal formats
* Event preparation: Support the team in researching, planning and executing events such as partner visits and program launches
* Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels to gather requirements, build consensus, and drive successful program implementation
* Problem Solving: Proactively identify and address challenges, demonstrating strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree
* Master's preferred
* Ability to create a structure approach to managing new and existing programs
* Ability to stay organized and juggle among multiple competing priorities
* Clear communication - written, verbal, slides
* Ability to build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholder

Nice to haves:
* Experience working on the supply side of a two-sided network (e.g. drivers for Uber are the supply side of a two sided network)
* Experience in the tax, accounting, call center and/or or BPO industries

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
