  • Analyze live-fire data and test results to create actionable recommendations for program improvement, safety assurance, and mission success.
  • Support efforts tied to System Safety Reviews, including activities with the Weapon System Explosive Safety Review Board (WSESRB).
  • Serve or develop as the technical expert on medium-caliber ammunition systems, ensuring solutions and recommendations are practical and driven by hands-on expertise.
  • Provide comprehensive guidance to government stakeholders, including assessment of engineering investigations and ammunition program evaluations.
  • Share firearms knowledge derived from practical experience, including operations, testing, and range management.
  • Compile and present data and findings from investigations, tests, and evaluation activities in technical reports and briefings.
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure action items, findings, and improvement recommendations are effectively tracked and addressed.
