Overview
We are currently seeking a Systems Analyst for Oracle eBusiness Systems, on-premise release R12.2.10. The Analyst will work effectively under minimal supervision and provide application support for customizations and extensions covering modules in Finance and Oracle Projects. This position will support our business users, participate in all relevant changes management activities, and overall service delivery and customer satisfaction. This will require interaction with core business users and the need to work as a team member of a large Oracle support team.
Provides application functional and limited technical support for Oracle eBusiness Systems Modules in Finance (AR, AP, GL, CM, FA, iExpense, and iSupplier) and in Projects (Costing, Billing, Accounting). Prior experience in a support role is required.
Must be customer facing, willing to take on system operational challenges, articulate ideas clearly, understand the problem and identify the underlying cause of the system issue.
Must be able to identify customizations from standard feature and functionality. A keen, inquisitive and investigative approach to problem solving using data as evidence. Must be able to generate adhoc reports to support or identify the magnitude of the issue at hand.
