Job: Consultant will serve as a business and technical analyst in the HR Payroll group of FISA-OPA. 
 Responsibilities: 
Author technical specifications for interfaces and data conversions
Support transition from functional design to technical design
Investigate and resolve software defects and system issues
Work with technical teams to research root causes and implement fixes
Create and execute system test cases
Perform system integration testing
Support integrated system testing teams
Package and deploy reports into reporting catalogs
Configure enterprise applications and system settings
Run backend simulations to validate processing logic
Ensure technical compatibility of system enhancements
