Title: Technical Product Manager — Enterprise SDK Integration

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Technical Product Manager II — Enterprise SDK Integration owns the product vision, strategy, and delivery for enterprise SDKs, APIs, developer tools, and programmatic connectivity workflows. This role leads cross-functional alignment across engineering, security, commerce, and customer success to deliver high-performing developer experiences and enterprise-grade integration capabilities.

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own the product vision, roadmap, surface area definition, and lifecycle management for enterprise SDKs across multiple languages and platforms.
• Partner with engineering and architecture teams to design scalable SDK architecture, API versioning strategies, backward compatibility standards, and developer documentation.
• Define integration frameworks and capabilities utilizing REST APIs, GraphQL, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
• Develop customer activation strategies, onboarding journeys, technical playbooks, and developer enablement materials to accelerate time-to-value.
• Coordinate cross-functional dependencies, track delivery milestones, resolve blockers, and report status via written narratives and executive updates.
• Track product KPIs including adoption, API utilization, customer activation rates, and integration completion times to drive continuous improvements.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Technical Product Management (5+ years managing SDKs, APIs, developer platforms, or enterprise SaaS).
• API & Integration Design (5+ years using REST APIs, GraphQL, microservices, OAuth/SAML, and API gateways).
• Cloud & Infrastructure Awareness (3+ years with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, CI/CD, and IaC tools like Terraform).

ADDITIONAL DESIRED SKILLS

• Experience with telecom, networking, or connectivity platform integrations.
• Familiarity with commerce, billing, catalog, entitlement, and multi-party service contracts.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery and writing 6-page narrative business cases.
• MBA or Master’s degree in a technical field.
