Position: Business Analyst II (SoftPro)

Job Summary:
Seeking a Business Analyst II with strong SoftPro expertise and Title & Escrow experience in the homebuilding industry. This role will partner with business users and IT to support production systems, gather requirements, improve processes, and deliver reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Title & Escrow production systems and business users.
• Gather and document business requirements for reporting and process improvements.
• Troubleshoot application and process issues.
• Test and validate system upgrades before production releases.
• Create training documentation and support change management activities.
• Perform SOX compliance reviews for applicable systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize processes and implement best practices.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience with SoftPro.
• Homebuilding Title & Escrow operations experience.
• SQL, Excel (Pivot Tables), and relational database knowledge.
• SSRS, Power BI, or similar BI reporting tools.
• Business requirements documentation.
• Project tracking and status reporting.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
