Must-Have Skills:

8+ years of core Java development with 4+ years using Spring Boot/Spring frameworks
4+ years building front-end interfaces with React (Angular acceptable)
Strong experience with message queuing/event streaming using RabbitMQ or similar technologies

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience with Elasticsearch and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)
Hands-on exposure to DevOps tools, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
