Job Overview
We are looking for a Java FullStack Dev-L3 with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and AWS Cloud to lead the architecture and development of large-scale enterprise applications. The role involves designing solutions, driving cloud-native modernization, and guiding development teams.

Key Responsibilities
Architect and design scalable applications using Java 8/11, Spring Boot, Microservices, and DDD.
Build cloud-native and serverless solutions using AWS Lambda, AppSync, Cognito, SQS/SNS, CloudFormation.
Lead end-to-end delivery: requirement analysis, technical design, development, integration, and performance optimization.
Modernize legacy applications into microservices and cloud-ready components.
Mentor and guide development teams; review code and ensure technical best practices.
Improve system performance using JProfiler, AppDynamics, and optimize high-volume services.
