Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: Remote

Employment Type: 6-month contract

Job Summary 

The Business Analyst role is very cross-functional.  You will work closely with Supply Chain Transformation, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, Suppliers, Customers and Cisco IT.

Minimum Qualifications

• +14 years of semiconductor manufacturing experience is required. Optical module manufacturing experience is preferred.
• 5 years of experience in business architecture, business transformation or related field.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes, supply chain dynamics, and industry-specific technologies
• Documented experience in leading systems implementations and/or integrations.
• Experience using and supporting multiple ERP modules: manufacturing, inventory, fulfillment, BOMs, Routes, work orders, procurement, master data
• Experience in enabling and supporting B2B manufacturing, procurement, and inventory transactions with partners, OSATs, and 3PLs.
• Strong experience in business process design, flow, and optimization.
• Experience using Six Sigma methods to solve problems and optimize business processes.
• Experience with Project Management, Waterfall, & Agile Methodologies
• Expert proficiency in communication and facilitation at a working and executive level
• Excellent time management and planning skills with the ability to shift priorities in a highly dynamic environment.
• Proficient at working in and leading multi-functional teams.
• Ability to build relationships, collaborate, and influence the delivery of business outcomes.
• Willingness to travel as needed to support business objectives and collaboration with partners and suppliers
