Instructional Designer

Introduction:

The Instructional Designer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining engaging and effective learning solutions using various tools such as Articulate Storyline 360, Articulate Rise, Camtasia, and Microsoft PowerPoint. The role will involve collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to understand design needs and implement adult learning experiences that close skill gaps.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain engaging and effective learning solutions using Articulate Storyline 360 and Camtasia.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to determine the best learning solutions.
  • Lead the design and implementation of adult learning experiences.
  • Ensure that adult learning, learning design, and branding standards are applied.

Requirements:

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience as an Instructional Designer with expertise in Articulate Storyline 360 and Camtasia.
  • Experience applying adult learning principles, theories, and concepts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Experience with eLearning development tools and Learning Management Systems.
  • Ability to design creative solutions using a collaborative approach.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with instructional design tools and training development models.
  • Familiarity with project management tools.
  • Experience with online learning and learning authoring tools.

Education: Bachelor''s degree or work experience equivalent.
