Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support the design, integration, and validation of sensor systems within semiconductor equipment platforms.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with hardware, software, and process engineering teams to define system requirements and architecture.
  • Develop and execute test plans to evaluate sensor performance under various operating conditions.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and optimize sensor functionality.
  • Drive continuous improvement in sensor system reliability, manufacturability, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Support technology transfer from R&D to production, including documentation and training.
  • Stay current with emerging sensor technologies and industry trends.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in system engineering, preferably in semiconductor equipment or high-tech industries.
  • Experience with system integration, data acquisition, and signal processing.
  • Experience in tools such as JMP, Python, or similar for data analysis.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Relevant work experience in semiconductor equipment or a similar industry.
  • knowledge of semi-conductor vacuum system, automatic wafer transfer (mechatronic: robotics, servo control, sensor and actuators) and integration into complex wafer processing system.
  • Understanding of sensor technologies (e.g., thermal, optical, chemical, pressure, flow).
  • Semiconductor related metrology knowledge (instrumentation to qualify & measure thickness, particles, electrical resistivity, etc.)
  • Experience transitioning third party tools and service to in-house is particularly interesting

Apply today to be part of what's next.

We make the tech that enables the chips in devices which improve lives around the world.
