ON-SITE two days a week
Work Environment: The contractor should be prepared to be on site at some point, but probably not more than twice a week. There is also a chance we will have the occasional special meeting at locations in GA other than headquarters (2 MLK, Atlanta, GA). So, a local resource is required.

Experience working with business stakeholders within a cross-functional matrix environment Required 5Years
Experience with gathering requirements from the client / business and documentation Required 5Years
Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) Required 2Years
Agile project methodology experience Required 5Years
Experience creating Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) and end-to-end tracking across the project life cycle Required 3 Years
Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Project, Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint and other similar tools Required
Intermediate level of proficiency with project artifact curation and collaboration with shared tools and Highly desired
Intermediate level of proficiency with Jama, Jira, Confluence, Steelray, SmartSheets and other similar tools Highly desired
Experience presenting to stakeholders and/or senior leadership Highly desired
Knowledge and experience with Medicaid, managed care, MMIS, health claims payment and processing, population health management, or other similar are Highly desired
