Job Title: Flex Program Support 

Location: Tallahassee, FL-Onsite

Duration: Longterm

Job Description:

• A minimum of five years of experience in data collection and/or data analytics.
• A minimum of five years of experience working with rural providers and familiarity with health and human services (e.g., rural hospitals, rural health clinics) and/or rural stakeholders (e.g., rural health networks, local health department in rural counties, Area Health Education Centers (AHECs) in rural counties).
• A minimum of five years working with grant programs.
• Documented experience working with health and human services programs, providing technical assistance and data analysis.
• Documented ability to deliver comprehensive work plans, implement assessments, and the ability to deliver training and detailed technical assistance.
• A minimum of five years proven familiarity with quality improvement strategies, culture of change, and process improvements.
